Studio Policies

Each original painting is a one-of-a-kind work; once a piece is sold it is no longer available. Prices are as listed at the time of purchase and are subject to change without notice. Commissioned work follows the process and deposit terms described on the Commissions page. At checkout, you'll be redirected to Stripe's secure payment page to complete your order.

Domestic U.S. orders ship for a flat $25 (free on orders over $250). We currently ship within the continental United States only. These estimates are shown in your cart and confirmed on your invoice. Paintings are professionally packaged and typically ship within a few business days of payment. Local pickup is available by request — just mention it in your order notes.

Because each original is one-of-a-kind, completed sales are final once a piece has shipped. If your piece arrives damaged in transit, please contact Heather within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the artwork so a replacement, repair, or refund can be arranged with the carrier.

Contact, checkout, commission, and class-inquiry forms collect only what's needed to respond to you — typically name, email, phone, and, for orders, a shipping address. That information is used solely to reply, fulfill orders, and coordinate classes or commissions, and is never sold or shared, aside from the minimum shipping details a carrier needs to deliver your order. You can request that your information be deleted at any time by emailing the studio.

All artwork, images, and content on this site remain the copyright of Heather Collins. Purchasing an original or print transfers ownership of that physical piece only — it does not transfer reproduction, publication, or commercial rights. Please contact the studio for permission before reproducing any image.
