Heather accepts a limited number of portrait, figurative, and sacred commissions each year, each painted from life or from guided reference sessions in the classical method. She also paints landscape commissions, as well.

Reference photos are taken, or a live sitting is scheduled, depending on distance and subject.
The piece is built in stages: drawing, underpainting, then color, with progress updates along the way.
Finished, varnished, and shipped insured, or available for local pickup on Merritt Island.

Full or three-quarter figure, one or more subjects.

Sacred Commission
Devotional work for home, chapel, or parish.

Plein air or studio landscape, painted on location or from reference.

Commissions can also be done in pastel or pencil/charcoal drawing, just let us know your preference when you inquire.
